What we solve
Three things that quietly lose you work.
Sites that load slowly on a phone. Most of your first impressions now happen on mobile, on a middling connection, and a heavy site loses people before the first sentence renders.

01 — Discovery
We learn the business, the customer and what a win looks like, then write a scope with a fixed cost. Nothing begins before you have both.
02 — Design
We design the brand and the pages and lock the direction before code. One round of revisions is included in every project.
03 — Build
Front end and back end, integrations wired, tested on real devices. Semantic HTML, sensible performance budgets, accessibility considered rather than retrofitted.
04 — Launch
We ship it on your domain and hand over the site and its code. You own it outright and can host it anywhere.

Common questions
What do you build custom sites with?
Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript for sites that need to be fast and simple, or a platform like Shopify or WordPress where the client needs to edit content themselves. We pick based on what you will actually maintain.
How long does a custom website take?
Three to six weeks for most projects, from kick-off to launch. Larger sites take longer and we say so in the estimate rather than discovering it halfway through.
Do I own the site and the code?
Yes. On final delivery the site and its code are yours to keep and host wherever you like. There is no licence to renew and nothing locking you to us.
Can you redesign a site I already have?
Yes. We rebuild existing sites, keeping the content and URLs that already work so you do not lose the search visibility you have built up.
Do you build on WordPress or custom code?
Both, depending on what the site has to do. If you need to publish regularly, WordPress earns its keep. If the site is largely fixed, a hand-built static site is faster, cheaper to host and far harder to break.
Are you available for Miami businesses in person?
We are based in Miami and can meet locally when it helps. Most of the work happens remotely either way, and we run the same process for clients in Florida and across the US.
What does a custom website cost?
Projects start at $1,000. The figure depends on page count, custom functionality and how much design and content work is involved. You get a fixed scope and cost in writing before anything starts.
Can you redesign our existing site without losing our search rankings?
Yes, and it needs planning rather than luck. We map existing URLs, preserve or redirect every one that has value, keep the content that earns traffic, and carry structured data across. No honest studio can promise rankings will hold, but losing them by accident is avoidable.
